Third-Party Content

PropDNA publishes user-generated content including trader reviews. Users who submit content grant MarketMingle Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform. Users warrant that their submissions do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Firm names, logos, and trademarks displayed on PropDNA are the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use principles for identification and comparative review purposes, consistent with the EU Comparative Advertising Directive (2006/114/EC).

Counter-Notice Procedure

Repeat Infringer Policy

MarketMingle Ltd will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
