1. What PropDNA Is

PropDNA is operated by MarketMingle Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE46046, with registered address at 8 Aesopou Street, Agios Tychonas, 4521, Limassol, Cyprus.

PropDNA is an independent comparison and review platform for proprietary trading firms (“prop firms”). We aggregate publicly available information, user-submitted reviews, and our own analysis to produce trust scores and rankings.

PropDNA is not a financial adviser. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to purchase any product or service. Prop firm challenges carry real financial risk. You are solely responsible for your own trading and funding decisions.

2. Affiliate Disclosure

Important: PropDNA participates in affiliate programmes operated by the prop firms listed on this site. When you click a “Start Challenge” button or firm link and subsequently purchase a challenge, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our trust scores, rankings, or review moderation. Trust scores are calculated algorithmically from verified trader reviews and published methodology. Firms cannot pay to improve their score or suppress reviews.

We disclose every affiliate relationship by routing tracked links through /api/trackand marking outbound affiliate links with rel="nofollow sponsored".

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person — creating duplicate accounts to game reviews is prohibited.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We will erase your personal data within 30 days.

4. Review Submissions

By submitting a review you confirm that:

• You have genuine first-hand experience with the prop firm you are reviewing.
• The content is truthful and not defamatory, misleading, or intended to manipulate scores.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or affiliate of the firm being reviewed, unless you clearly disclose this.
• You grant PropDNA a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, moderate, and translate your review on the site.

We moderate all reviews before publication. We may reject or remove reviews that violate these rules, contain personal attacks, or cannot be verified as genuine trading experience. We will not remove a negative review simply because a firm requests it.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or mirror site data at scale without a written licence.
• Interfere with or overload our servers or APIs.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or AI-generated reviews.
• Attempt to access the dashboard or admin functions without authorisation.
• Circumvent affiliate tracking by copying destination URLs to avoid the tracking redirect.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content — including trust score methodology, written analysis, design, and code — is owned by MarketMingle Ltd (trading as PropDNA) or licensed to us. You may quote brief extracts with attribution and a link. Reproducing substantial portions without permission is prohibited.

Firm names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only. PropDNA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any prop firm unless explicitly stated.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep firm data accurate and up to date. However, prop firms frequently change their rules, fees, and challenge conditions. Always verify current terms directly on the firm's official website before making any financial commitment.

PropDNA accepts no liability for decisions made based on information that has become outdated, or for losses resulting from participating in prop firm challenges.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropDNA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including trading losses, challenge fees paid, or reliance on our data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this site will not exceed £100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MarketMingle Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the site;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your submission of false, misleading, or defamatory content;
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other right.

10. PropPoints & Rewards

PropDNA operates a points programme (“PropPoints”) that rewards certain user actions, including verified purchase claims, review submissions, and referrals.

• PropPoints have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the programme at any time with 14 days' notice.
• We may void points obtained by fraud, duplicate accounts, or manipulation of the referral system.
• Points are non-transferable and expire if your account is deleted or terminated for cause.

11. Subscriptions & Paid Features

PropDNA may offer optional paid subscription tiers. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is held by Stripe and governed by their terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the stated interval unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from your profile page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for EU/UK consumers under applicable distance-selling regulations, unless you have already consumed a material portion of the subscription.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

12. AI Features & Automated Outputs

PropDNA provides AI-powered features, including a trading-style assessment (“Trader DNA”), an AI Advisor chat tool, and AI-generated firm summaries. These features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They do not constitute personalised financial advice.
• Firm-match results from the Trader DNA assessment reflect algorithmic pattern-matching only; they are not a guarantee of trading success or a recommendation to fund an account.
• You should not make financial decisions solely on the basis of AI-generated content.
• We comply with Article 22 GDPR: significant decisions about individual users are not made solely by automated means without human review.

13. Educator Marketplace

PropDNA allows approved trading educators (“Educators”) to create profiles, publish content, and interact with users.

• Educators are independent third parties, not employees or agents of MarketMingle Ltd.
• PropDNA does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any Educator's content or trading claims.
• Any commercial arrangement you enter with an Educator is solely between you and that Educator; PropDNA is not a party.
• Educators must comply with our Educator Guidelines and all applicable financial promotion rules.
• We reserve the right to remove Educator profiles that violate our policies without notice.

14. Third-Party Services

The site embeds or links to third-party services (e.g., Supabase for data, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting). These services are governed by their own privacy and terms policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers, but we select partners who meet appropriate security and data-protection standards.

15. Your Data Rights

As a user you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict processing of, and erase your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details and how to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold in your country of residence.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and logged-in users will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
