What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Some are essential for the site to function. Others are optional and require your consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR.

These cookies are required for the site to work. They cannot be disabled. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under EU law.

Functional Cookies
These enhance the user experience but are not essential. They are loaded on first use of the relevant feature.

Analytics Cookies
We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics). Our click tracking is first-party only (stored in our own Supabase database) and uses hashed IP addresses — not cookies. This section will be updated if analytics tools are added.
Marketing Cookies
We do not use marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. No advertising networks have access to your browsing behaviour through PropDNA.

How to Manage Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

- Block cookies from specific sites or all sites

- Clear all cookies when you close the browser
Note that blocking the Supabase authentication cookie will prevent you from logging in. All other site functionality works without cookies.
