What PropDNA Verified means

PropDNA Verified is a hybrid standard: a firm must clear measurable data thresholds and pass a documented manual review. It is awarded by PropDNA — a firm cannot buy it, and it is removed if the evidence stops holding. Every verified firm has a public proof page showing exactly why it qualifies.

1. The data thresholds

These are computed continuously from live data — no human discretion:

• Payout-proof reviews — funded traders have uploaded real payout screenshots, verified on approval.
• Payout history — month-over-month payout figures are tracked.
• Rule stability — every rule change is logged; sudden changes lower the score.
• Trader consensus — aggregate rating and review volume from verified members.

2. The manual review

Before the mark is awarded, a PropDNA reviewer confirms and records:

• Company registration / legal entity checked
• Terms & trading rules reviewed for consistency
• At least one payout independently confirmed
• No major unresolved complaints found

The completed checklist and review date are published on each firm's proof page. Where a manual record is still pending, the proof page clearly shows the data evidence only — we never imply a review that hasn't happened.
